TikTok Order Statuses: What to Do Next

Your TikTok order status shows where your order is in our fulfillment process. The correct next step depends on the exact status displayed: processing, pending, in progress, completed, cancelled, or partialed.

Start with that label, then read the selected service description. Its estimated start time and conditions are the right reference for your order. Follow the timing stated for the service you selected.

Where to Find Your Order Status and Order ID

Check your order status in your Tiksta account dashboard. Read the status for the specific order you want to review, especially if you have ordered more than one service for the same profile or post. Our Tiksta FAQ also covers general account and order questions.

The status explains the fulfillment stage. The order ID identifies the individual order when you need help. Keep that ID available so your request refers to the correct order rather than only a service name or TikTok target.

The same six statuses are used in the customer panel and through our Tiksta API. Whether you monitor an order in your account or through an integration, use the definitions below to choose your next action.

Tiksta Order Statuses Explained

Processing

processing means your order is within the estimated start-time period stated in the selected service description. Delivery has not started yet, but the order is expected to move forward soon.

Check that service's estimated start time before treating the wait as a problem. This status describes the period before delivery; it does not mean fulfillment is already underway.

Pending

pending means your order has been placed in the start queue and delivery is expected to begin soon. In our normal order flow, pending follows processing.

Continue monitoring the existing order. A pending label alone does not mean the order has been canceled or completed, and it does not establish an exact delivery start time.

In Progress

in progress means delivery has started and your order is currently being fulfilled. This is the active delivery stage.

Monitor the order against the selected service description. If something appears wrong with delivery, describe that specific problem in an internal ticket instead of assuming that active delivery should already be finished.

Completed

completed means delivery has been completed. It marks the end of fulfillment for that order.

Use the selected service description for any applicable conditions after delivery. If you believe the delivered result does not match your order, open an internal ticket. For a simple refill request, use the relevant Nora AI option on the ticket page, subject to eligibility.

Cancelled

cancelled means your order has been canceled and 100% of the order amount has been returned to your Tiksta balance. Delivery will not continue for that canceled order.

Check the corresponding return to your Tiksta balance. If you believe the balance return is incorrect, open an internal ticket with the order ID and a short explanation of the problem.

Partialed

partialed means your order has been canceled after partial delivery. The amount corresponding to the undelivered quantity has been returned to your Tiksta balance.

The delivered portion remains part of the order, so the balance return covers only the undelivered portion. Check both the partial delivery and the corresponding balance return. Use an internal ticket if either appears incorrect.

How a Tiksta Order Moves Through the Status Flow

The normal sequence is processing → pending → in progress → completed: the order waits within its estimated start period, enters the start queue, begins delivery, and finishes fulfillment.

  1. processing
  2. pending
  3. in progress
  4. completed

Alternative final outcomes

cancelled
100% of the order amount returned to your Tiksta balance.

partialed
Only the amount for the undelivered quantity returned to your Tiksta balance.

Follow the normal sequence in order. Cancelled and partialed are alternative final outcomes, shown separately from the normal sequence.

Time spent in each stage depends on the selected service description. Different orders do not need to spend equal amounts of time at each stage. Use the applicable conditions for your selected service in our TikTok service catalog when reviewing an order's progress.

What to Do for Each Order Status

Use this table to distinguish routine monitoring from a problem that needs a ticket. On a small screen, scroll horizontally to read every column.

Order status meanings and next actions
Status What it means What happens to delivery or balance What you should do When to open a ticket
processing Within the service's estimated start-time period. Delivery has not started; the order is expected to move forward soon. Check the estimated start time and monitor. The wait appears inconsistent with the selected service description.
pending Placed in the start queue, after processing. Delivery is expected to begin soon. Monitor the order and review the service conditions. You believe there is a start-queue problem.
in progress Delivery has started. The order is being fulfilled. Monitor active delivery. Delivery appears inconsistent with your order or service description.
completed Delivery has been completed. Fulfillment is finished. Review the result; use Nora AI for an eligible refill request. You believe the completed result is incorrect.
cancelled The order has been canceled. 100% of the order amount returned to your Tiksta balance. Check the full balance return. The full balance return appears incorrect.
partialed Canceled after partial delivery. Only the amount for the undelivered quantity returned to your Tiksta balance. Review partial delivery and the proportional balance return. The delivered portion or balance return appears incorrect.

A status can be expected even while you are waiting. Focus your ticket on what appears wrong: an order that has not started as expected, a delivery concern, or a balance return that does not match the outcome. You can find formal conditions in our refund and refill policy.

Use Nora AI for Simple Order Requests

Our ticket page offers Nora AI options for straightforward order requests. Select the relevant option to process a simple request more quickly:

  • Refill: for a refill request under the selected service's applicable conditions.
  • Speed up: for a request to speed up an order.
  • Cancel: for a request to cancel an order.

Eligibility depends on the selected service and current order conditions. Choose the option that matches your request, and keep monitoring the order for its actual outcome.

If your issue is not covered by these quick options, open a normal internal ticket. For example, a question about a partial delivery or an incorrect balance return needs a clear description of the issue, together with the affected order ID.

How to Open a Ticket for an Order Problem

Order-related assistance is provided only through our internal ticket system. Go to the ticket page in your Tiksta account. For the initial ticket, provide these two items:

  1. The order ID for the affected order.
  2. A short, clear description of the problem.

Name the displayed status when it helps explain the issue. State what you expected under the service description and what appears wrong. A focused description helps us understand whether your concern involves starting, delivery, completion, or a balance return.

The examples below demonstrate ticket formatting only. The order IDs are fictional placeholders; replace them with your own affected order IDs when submitting a ticket.

One affected order

Order ID: EXAMPLE-ORDER-A
Problem: My order shows completed, but the delivered quantity appears incorrect. Please check this order.

If multiple orders have the same or a related problem, you may use one ticket. Enter the order IDs separated by commas and describe the shared issue once.

Multiple affected orders

Order IDs: EXAMPLE-ORDER-A, EXAMPLE-ORDER-B, EXAMPLE-ORDER-C
Problem: These orders show cancelled, but the full amounts do not appear to have returned to my Tiksta balance. Please check the balance returns.

Before submitting, check that each ID belongs to an affected order and that the description matches the problem. The order ID and problem description are sufficient for the initial ticket.

Avoid Duplicate Orders While a Result Is Unclear

If you are unsure what happened to an existing order, check its status before placing another order for the same target and purpose. A second order adds another order to track while the original issue remains unresolved.

Review the selected service description, then use the appropriate Nora AI option for a simple request or open an internal ticket about the existing order. Clarify that order's delivery or balance outcome before deciding whether another order is needed.

Get the Right Help for Your Order

Read the exact status, match it to the selected service description, and choose the next action. Monitor processing, pending, and in progress orders; review completed delivery; and check the full or proportional Tiksta balance return for cancelled or partialed orders.

For a simple refill, speed-up, or cancellation request, use the relevant Nora AI option on the ticket page, subject to eligibility. When something else appears wrong, open an internal ticket with the order ID and a clear problem description.

Martell
Martell Greggson Founder
Martell Greggson is the founder of Tiksta. He spent close to a decade in digital marketing and SEO before touching the growth industry, mostly building traffic for other people's businesses. Somewhere along the way he became a customer of the SMM panels himself, buying engagement wholesale and watching half of it disappear within a week. That frustration eventually pulled him to the other side of the counter. He started working with his own development team, built the delivery layer instead of renting it and spent years serving resellers who wanted supply nobody else could match.

Tiksta came out of a simple realization: the people paying the most for growth were the ones with the least access to it. He built it to open first-party delivery to everyone, not just the panel owners in the middle. His attention is now entirely on TikTok, the only platform he thinks is still genuinely winnable.
