Before You Start

Have your TikSta account login, the intended TikTok target and your order requirements ready. Your target is the profile, individual post or LIVE broadcast that should receive the service.

Check the Target Type and Visibility

Start by deciding where you want the service applied:

Followers: prepare the TikTok profile you want to receive followers.
Post engagement: prepare the individual video that should receive likes, views or comments.
LIVE services: prepare the LIVE link for the broadcast.
Future-post services: prepare the profile associated with the upcoming posts.

Make sure the target is public and available. For LIVE services, the broadcast must be live and public when delivery begins. Follow any additional requirements in your selected service’s description.^[1]

For future-post services, also check how the requested quantity applies to upcoming posts. A service for one existing video and a service covering future posts serve different ordering needs.

For a post service, check the video itself as well as the creator’s username. Two videos from the same account are still different order targets.

Your Tiksta login and TikTok credentials are separate. Sign in with your Tiksta account to manage your orders. We do not ask for your TikTok password to deliver a service.^[2]

If you choose a custom-comment service, write your comments before preparing the order. Put each comment on its own line, review the wording and follow the selected service’s formatting requirements.^[1]

Keep the final comment list with your order notes. This gives you a clear record of the text associated with the order.

Review Your Order Before Submitting

Check the Quantity, Price and Total

Review the price basis as well as the displayed amount. A rate per quantity, a package price and a service with a duration need to be read in the context of the selected service.

Confirm the currency and total for your intended quantity. For future-post services, include the post coverage and allocation in that review.

Keep start information separate from completion information. The start describes when delivery begins; completion describes when the order finishes. Follow the wording in the selected description when planning your order.

Check Refill, Cancellation and Refund Terms

Review the service description together with our refund and cancellation policy. These terms cover different actions:

Refill: replenishment covered by an eligible service’s refill conditions.
Cancellation: stopping an eligible order where the service supports cancellation before delivery starts.
Balance credit: an eligible amount returned to your Tiksta balance.
Refund to the original payment method: handled under the applicable conditions in our refund policy.

Refill eligibility depends on the selected service. Cancellation is also service-dependent, so check the conditions before submitting. Processed orders with incorrect customer inputs are subject to the restrictions in our refund policy.^[3]
